When I was little I used to live in an apartment building. I had been living
there for eight years. Through all the time that I lived there, I swore, and
still do that that place was haunted. Now I will tell you some of the things
that happened to me, to cause me to come to this conclusion.
One night while I slept on the couch in my parents room I got the urge to
open my eyes. When I did, I looked forward to where my parents had a dresser chest.
As I looked at it I suddenly saw it start moving forward. From behind it came
a man all in black. His entire body was pitch black to the point where you
couldn't tell if he had a nose, a mouth, or if he was even wearing clothes.
The only thing you could see were his eyes, because they were bright yellow.
Like two small light bulbs. As I looked at him. he walked around the couch
were I was sleeping and stared at me. Well. by now I was scared out of my
mind. I decided to pull the covers over my head and try to sleep. A couple of
minutes later when I pulled the covers off me, I looked up and he was gone.
That was the first and only time I saw him. What he wanted or what or who he
was I don't know.
Aside from that story here's another one. Another night as I slept in my
parents bedroom (if you haven't guessed by now, I was afraid to sleep alone)
I heard someone call my name in a low whisper. As I looked up I saw that it
was coming from the closet. As I looked inside (safely from my bed of course)
I noticed that the person calling me was my dad. Now here's the creepy part
on the bed next to me was my dad snoring away in bed! By now I'm scared out
of my mind, because how could my father be sleeping in bed and yet I see the
image of him calling me from the closet. After that the image of my father
disappeared and there came the image of a boy in his teens who I've never
seen before in my life. He was looking in my father's clothes for something.
What it was I don't know. He looked up at me and then he vanished.
Other times I also saw quite often by the way, black shadows of people
walking around. Also when my mother was supposed to be at work I would hear
her walking through the hall and I would here the jingle of her bracelets as
she walked. And this is while she's at work and not home. I am
convinced that that apartment was haunted. I don't live there anymore, it's
been six years since I moved out, but I sure feel sorry for the people that
live there now.
