One night I went fishing with a friend of mine. We went to a nearby dam to fish for bullhead. We were alone. We talked and fished.
About 2 hours into our fishing, I just happened to glance up at the night sky. It was perfectly clear out, not a single cloud. I
could see millions of stars, especially since there was no artificial light nearby. I immediately noticed a very faint light in
the sky, moving eastward. I figured maybe it was a plane, but I didn't see any of the flashing lights that planes have. I asked my
friend if he saw it too. He looked where I was pointing and finally spotted it.
We watched it for about 5 minutes and determined it may be a satellite. It was so small and moved so slow, we knew it had to be high
up in the sky. We continued watching it as we talked. Getting bored with watching the object move slowly across the sky, I started
looking elsewhere in the sky. It was then that I noticed 2 more similar objects in the sky. My friend saw them too. As we watched,
the 3 objects all came together, forming a triangle. That had stopped, forming the triangle, and stayed stationary for about 5 minutes.
Then they all moved northward, a totally different direction from where they came from. They stayed in perfect formation.
As we watched, they grew fainter and fainter until they disappeared from view, leading me to believe they travelled farther away from
us and could no longer be seen. We've never figured out what those objects were. I do know that they couldn't be planes or satellites
because of their behavior. I've never heard of anybody reporting objects such as these before. I wonder if anybody else has seen
anything similar.....
